Back lots 102-118 are being developed using the following plans. These affordable cottages will be connected to a central water system which means you don't have to drill an expensive well. This can save you more than $10,000. If you want to save more, you can finish the interior yourself or do it at a later date when you can afford it. We do all the heavy work (clearing, driveway, foundation, utilities, septic tank, etc.). You can simply enjoy your new cottage!
