Road Maintenance
Pelican Harbour maintains its roads throughout the year. The roads are regularly graded in the summer and cleared of snow in the winter.

Power and telephone lines have been set up throughout the development. All cottage lots at Pelican Harbour can be hooked up to power and telephone service.

Security
Full-time resident security personnel are available to monitor the development to prevent vandalism or theft of property.

A Marina
Cottage lot owners can purchase boat slips on a permanent basis. The marina is sheltered by a breakwater so that boats will be adequately protected during storms or high-wind conditions. Alternatively, cottage lot owners can construct their own docks, subject to regulatory compliance. A concrete boat ramp leading from a gravelled parking area is available for easy, convenient boat launching.
